Private Consultations are available by appointment at our Cary, NC location or at your home. This service is intended for individuals and families alike! We welcome extended family as well as any child care providers to join in on all Dogs&Storks™ private consultations at no additional charge.
Here's how it works
- Contact Us! You will talk with Jennifer directly. This is the time for us to get to know your concerns and reason for contact. We welcome questions about our methods, credentials and any other questions you might have.
- Fill out our client questionnaire.
- We will review your questionnaire and contact you to setup your initial consultation (if not already setup).
- Your initial consultation will last about 1.5 hours and will provide the opportunity to observe you, your family and your dog, and to identify what's going on!
- You will receive assignments and helpful material to achieve your goals.
- Subsequent consultations last 1 hour.
What you can expect
- Your can expect Jennifer to listen and examine carefully your concerns, help identify your goals and provide you with the tools to implement practical solutions. Remember only you and your family can implement the solution. You can also expect Jennifer to support you during and after your consultations. Learn more about our free client support.
- You will learn how you and your dog communicate, and how you can use this knowledge every day! Together we will create a fun program that fits into your daily schedule and routines.
- Jennifer uses positive training techniques to create a practical and fun program for each individual family. If we feel we cannot help you or you would do better with another trainer we will gladly refer you to a qualified trainer in your area.
